In D3 My Witch Doctor is a Legendary off-hand which does this: Makes ghost Walk(speed button) last for ever Gives 100% damage to three abilities following the use of Ghost Walk I'm really impressed by the effects this single item has on your performance.. The first thing you do is toss out Ghost Walk duration rune, and you can increase your move speed. Secondly you'll notice that your "run quickly" as well as "run away from danger" button has now become your"bang" button. This means you need to activate some brain cells, and not just spam the hotkey for speed. If Diablo 4 at start will be overflowing with legendaries X ability that deals 420% damage, and costs 69% less, to be blunt, I'd think this is a sign of a incompetence and team weakness, as well as an indication to expect mediocre performance at the very least. I've read that using a lower resistance weapon  is the sole method to ensure that any class is capable of breaking immunities with no Infinity runeword. Also, an absolute Zombie comes with 120% of base cold resistance and the lower resistance (if it is level 6 = 49 percent resistance) only subtract 10 percent still giving his cold res 110. As we have seen our electricity costs rise in the last year, up to 3x and 2x I've put in power meters to determine which electrical appliance is responsible for the highest consumption. My PC is in the middle, using an RTX 3070 . When running D2R, my computer can run up to 360W of power and the majority of that is the 3070 RTX. The average is between 220W and 250W when using D2R running in the full window and on the full screen. If I press alt-tab when D2R runs, and I want to switch to another program like Edge, Chrome Edge, Excel etc, D2R goes crazy and I consume the maximum amount of 350W. This is especially true whenever the Merc decides to wander through Harrogath. When I click on a different window, and say I've you read the newspaper, but D2R is spending more than 250W because I clicked on a different application and I am unable to blame the mercenary for this one.
