While it's true this edition of the series that has been running for decades doesn't have major improvement over the previous one and is actually worse in many ways (specifically Face of the Franchise) it's still a solid starting point for players to get started on Stadia. For those who are playing the very debut Madden game you've played in the past few years, you'll feel pretty satisfied. However, it's not improved enough to warrant an increase in score. If they had included some Stadia features like State Share to distribute games scenario challenges to friends, or at least cross-progression or cross-play in a way that would have helped, but as it stands this is a straightforward minimal port that is a direct port of this game.
