Are you experiencing good sales with M2/M3 drops? During the initial three weeks, I managed to sell an average of 200k per week. However, the market is now flooded with unsold Triperks items, including those with enchanted ward/hp/refresh stats at GS 695~700, going for as low as 5k New World gold coins.

Selling has become quite challenging, and there are times when you can go through 2~5 M3 runs without obtaining a single "bind on equip" item of value. We've transitioned from a time when a purple GS 590 item with ward + refresh could fetch 5k to an era where crafting a GS 700 item, costing 80k, can't even be sold on the market for 10k.

The expansion's changes to loot drops and crafting have significantly increased the accessibility of Best in Slot (BiS) items. Unless an item is absolutely BiS, it's unlikely to sell, and even if it does, the price won't be substantial. The pre-expansion period made high-quality items much more valuable, as you had to take a chance on crafting (a significant resource sink) or get exceptionally lucky with a mutation drop. The game no longer offers a long-term gear progression, as AGS opted for short-term rewards tailored to casual players.

This shift is the reason for the decline in the market value of nearly everything, including crafting materials. My prediction is that even BiS items will have limited demand by the middle or end of the expansion, as most regular players will have acquired the items they need for their desired sets.

Earning New World gold has become challenging, which has affected the motivation of many players to continue their previous activities. However, there is a silver lining: in a few months, once you've obtained your desired gear sets, there may be little else to spend gold on, as there isn't much left in terms of gear progression. AGS's changes have altered the sense of gear progression and purpose in the game.
