What do you think of Franchise mode in Madden 24

I perceive Franchise mode as notably inclined towards pettiness and vindictiveness. Every instance where one of my players excels with a career-best performance, they conveniently end up getting injured. I am playing on the All-Pro difficulty level. Here's an illustrative example that occurred repeatedly during week 3 of the Falcons vs Lions game:

During this game, Sam LaPorta managed to secure two touchdowns in the first half but unfortunately suffered an ACL tear just before halftime. At the same time, Goff had achieved 4 touchdowns. Interestingly, right after LaPorta's injury, Goff incurred a wrist fracture on the very next play.

In another playthrough, David Montgomery, who had returned from a previous injury sustained in practice, performed well alongside Gibbs, accumulating more than 50 yards. Montgomery impressively scored twice in the first half but ended up with a dislocated hip shortly before the half ended.

In yet another playthrough, Khalif Raymond achieved a touchdown from a kick return and followed up with another touchdown from a punt return in the third quarter. However, on his subsequent return, he suffered a fractured upper arm.

Does anyone else share the sentiment that the AI seems to be penalizing success? This aspect significantly diminishes the enjoyment derived from the game, even though I still value the element of realism. It's worth noting that this list is not exhaustive, as similar instances of this injury phenomenon have occurred in previous games prior to week 3. For instance, Jack Campbell, who had secured two sacks in a game before halftime, also got injured, as did Brian Branch, who had achieved one sack and one interception before the half.
